Bank Foreclosure Dangers
Over the past year, I could safely estimate that I have encountered at least 2 foreclosed homes with mold or other safety issues per week. That is just ME!
I think the state should NOT allow a bank owned / foreclosed property to have public access until a state certified home inspector has reviewed and cleared the property for entry. If the property does have health and safety issues, the banks MUST get them taken care of BEFORE a real estate company can make it available to the consumer.
I believe this is a MAJOR potiential danger not only to our citizens, but most likely for the entire US.
Thanks for watching this video and I look forward to your comments.
